During pregnancy, there are a lot of problems and some situations that you and your husband will be experiencing. So, before getting pregnant, be prepared of the things that will happen though out your pregnancy. To give you an idea, I posted me and my husband's experiences when I was still pregnant.

How Can Pregnancy Affects Marriage? Based on a True to Life Story

I wrote this article to share my experience when I am still pregnant with my baby. I entitled it "How can pregnancy affects marriage?" because I for myself experienced a lot of things during my pregnancy inside marriage. On the day that me and husband found out that I am pregnant, we were overwhelmed. A lot of emotions runs over me that time, I don't know if I would laugh or cry. I am so thrilled to have a little human being developing inside of me, in my womb. On that exact day I told myself that I need to take good care of myself and our baby.

Being happy on this day makes me forget of the circumstances that I'll be facing throughout the pregnancy period. I never knew that being pregnant can affect marriage.

Here are some situations that me and my husband have encountered when I was pregnant:

Fights
Due to hormonal changes, I am always on a bad mood. And due to this, me and my husband had a lot of misunderstandings that leads into fights, lots and lots of fights. I am easily irritated and I only want to be by myself. Sometimes my husband would get mad at me being too moody and irritable. But this only lasted on my first trimester.

Because my husband is taking care of me during my pregnancy, we always have the time for each other. We bonded a lot and mostly the thing that we do is to talk to our baby.

Support
I have experienced this situation when I was giving birth to our baby. Actually I gave birth to her prematurely that is why me and my husband were not prepared for this very big occassion. I am so nervous because it is my first time to give birth and I was on pain before we went to the hospital. I saw my husband's support on me though he wasn't able to be with me during the delivery, because the Ob-Gyne didn't let him due to me giving birth early. Then when the procedure was done and I am on my hospital room, I woke up and ask for our baby. I was crying because I know that my baby's life is in danger. But my husband comforted me by saying that I did well and that he's proud of me.

Being pregnant is difficult, but if you have a caring and loving husband, you won't problem the circumstances that would go on your way during the whole pregnancy.
