The search of those folks of direct linage for the unique characteristics that make the
individual complete and Interest in what we inherit.

Johnie's Find

When little Johnnie climbed the family tree
To see everyone that he could see,
He found one thing sure to be,
They were all just like you and me.

No Wealth, No Fame

What he found could shake the mind,
Those things they would rather left behind.
There is more to life than wealth and fame,
And when not reached, who is to blame?

Ten Generations

In ten generations of those gone before,
Johnnie thinks there are one thousand twenty four.
Of those many ancestors, we know of so few,
Know little of their lives and what they had to do.

Walk Humbly On

It took all those folks that Johnnie might be
Unique, complete, and just like you and me.
Now Johnnie walks more humbly than before,
And just hope to share his love and kindness more.
