Singapore Opts for Top Bid on Bukit Batok

The employment has gotten much better in Singapore and many American and British Companies are sending over executives. Thinking about moving the whole family then you should know more about the apartments and what luxuries you will be given. The accommodations are excellent. This is just an example of one.

Mixed Development in Singapore

The new residents will be happy to know that they are close to the Pan-Island Expressway and the Bukit Batok MRT Station which is only 1km from the new site. There are some other amenities nearby that will help with the resolution of this project to make it more desirable. The following nearby amenities are available:
• The Polyclinic
• Market and Food Center
• Local Hospital
• Community Clubs
• In the proximity of a number of secondary and tertiary educational institutions


This will probably be the first mixed development in Singapore if the commercial development is turned over to Qingiian as reported by Mr. Li Jun. The government is very excited by this new project and looking forward to the aspect of getting it started. Previously only nine bids had been made for the land but with the increase of interest by the land developers now eleven bids have been made. The Jurong district is very promising for developers. The government is now pleased to insure the new interest in the development project with the 99-year lease to whomever wins the contract.

Developers are springing up new apartments just like the one's at Bukit Batok

Developers in Singapore found that they had a strong response with their closing bid of $301.2 million from their Chinese developers. The Government Land Sales giving out 99-year land leases are not becoming as secure as the property owner would have expected. The site at Bukit Batok West Avenue 6 was one of the confirmed sites released recently. This site is large enough to have over 400 residential units.

The size of this site yielded 11 bids from the developers even though it was considered one of those that lacked luster. It did prove to be one of the few that had mixed commercial opportunities. The GLS program viewed it as a high prospect for earnings in the first half of the year. Since the site is a greenfield suburban site so the investors realize that they are truly buying into the future. The mall should be completed about the time the new development is completed.

Bukit Batok has long been overdue for development in the western region. Many developers have vested in properties in Singapore overlooking this area. But today all eyes are now on this property with development soon to begin. The fact that some development has already taken place in the area such as the malls for shopping. The developers won’t have to worry about the visibility of schools or hospitals because they are already developed. It is an assurance that the property will be completed by the developers with customers waiting for a chance to move into a live-in unit.

Summary

While there are many amenities already available in the area the new development will be offering many amenities for their residents. The building will host such things as swimming pools, wading pools, areas for toddlers to play, and possibly a roof top garden. The residents will be happy to move into the building with so much to offer for everyone. The families will be glad to have raised their children in such luxury under a safety net with the protection of the Singapore police.
