Recipe: Puff pastry with minced meat

This recipe is so nutritious and delicious.Try to cook this one and share its glorious taste to your lovely family and cute friends.


Ingredients (makes 12 pastries):

2 pkg puff pastry (2 x 275 g)

500 g minced meat

2 onions (small)

3 garlic cloves



olive oil


1. Chop onions. Fry in olive oil. Fry minced meat.

2. Add salt and pepper (to taste), then add chopped garlic and fry for another 1-2 minutes. Set aside. Let cool.

3. Cut pastry into squares , then add on each a spoonful of meat, then stick the pastry corners to the middle, stick with beaten egg.

4. Bake at 180 C for about 20 minutes, until the pastries are golden brown.

5. Serve warm or cold. Serve with green salad and sour cream.

Recipe :Homemade-pasta-with-minced-pork-and-beef-meat


2-3 eggs;

1/3 melted butter;

1 cup of flour;

1/3 cup of lemon basil finely chopped;


1/3 lbs. minced pork meat;

1/3 lbs. minced beef meat;

1 carrot;

½ white onion;

Pinch of salt;

Pinch of black pepper;

1 clove of garlic;

2 tablespoons of cooking oil;

1/3 cup of basil, lemon basil


1. Melt the butter, cool it off. Whisk the eggs and butter, then add lemon basil and flour.

2. Knead the dough for 10-15 min. Split your dough into two parts. Cover the table surface where you will roll out your dough with some flour.

3. Using a dough roller ,roll out a thin layer of dough (don?t forget to cover the table surface with flour before rolling out your dough layer.

4. Fold your thin sheet of dough 3-4 times into a roll (remember you should have enough flour inside the roll, so that your pasta wouldn't stick).

5. Cut your dough into the thin pasta strips. Aerate your pasta. Give it some air.

6. Repeat with the second half of dough (don?t forget, the dough layer for your pasta should be thin);


1. Shred your carrot and finely chop the onion.

2. Press the clove of garlic.

3. Mix the meats with the carrot and onion; add the pinch of salt and black pepper.

4. Preheat the frying pan at medium heat.

5. Add oil and the meat with veggies mix. Fry the meat for 5-10 minutes occasionally stirring.

6. Set the 3-4 quart pan half full of water, when the water start boiling, add a pinch of salt and boil your pasta for 3-5 minutes.

7. When pasta is soft, drain the water and add your pasta to the frying pan with meat and veggies.

8. Stir your pasta very well, so that it would mix with meat and all the juices.

9. Add herbs: lemon basil, Italian seasoning.

Recipe: Aromatic basil minced pork in kueh pie tee shells

This recipe is superior.It is full of nutrients good for you and your family.It is also very affordable and easy to prepare.


300g Minced Pork

6 Kueh Pie Tee shells (optional)

2 tsp Fish sauce

½ tsp Dark Soya sauce

½ tsp Sugar

½ tsp Chilli peppers


1) Remove stems from Basil.

2) Just use the leaves and rinse well.

3) Sauteed garlic till fragrant.

4. Add pork & break it up.

5) Keep frying until pork starts to turn from pink to a uniform opaque color.

6) Add seasonings, sugar & chillies.

7) Mix well.

8) Put about 2 tsp. of the pork mixture into the shells & serve.

Yummy and tasty.Enjoy eating with your family and friends.

Recipe: Steam tofu with minced pork and prawn


1 box Silken White tofu (300g) - Cut into cubes or can also substitute with egg tofu

50g minced pork

4 pieces medium size prawn

1 tablespoon light soy sauce

1 Silken Tofu Block

1 tablespoon fish sauce

2 teaspoon sesame oil

1 stalk spring onion (diced)

Pinch of pepper

1 teaspoon white sugar

1 teaspoon corn flour


Ingredient (A) - Sauce: In a small bowl, mixed together all the following:

1 tablespoon light soy sauce

1 teaspoon sesame oil

Pinch of white sugar

Small pinch of pepper

I Ingredient (B) - Marinade minced pork & prawn paste in a small bowl as follows:

50g minced pork

Prawn paste (4 pieces of prawn pounded/chopped into paste form)

1 tablespoon fish sauce

1 teaspoon sesame oil

Pinch of white sugar

1/2 stalk chopped spring onions

Small pinch of pepper

1 teaspoon corn flour


1. Marinate ingredient (B) in a small bowl, mixed well and set aside.

2. Cut Tofu block into cubes.

3. Arrange them on a steaming plate.

4. Mixed ingredient (A) in a small bowl and set aside. It serves as the sauce.

5. Use your hand to roll/mound ingredient (B) into small round ball. Placed each small ball on top of the tofu cubes. Then slightly use your finger lightly pressed the ball to ensure they can sit well on tofu cubes. The ingredient (B) will then look like a dome shape sitting on top of tofu cubes.

Sprinkle ingredient (A) over each tofu cubes.

1. Place a iron rack in the pot/wok. Heat your pot/work with water over high heat.

2. Once water boiled, place tofu dish on steam rack. Steam it for 7 minutes.

3. Remove tofu from wok or pot.

4. Garnish with chopped spring onion or fried shallot.
