The Bible is very clear on who is and is not going to Heaven. Yet man's interpretation of this information varies depending on which organized church one attends regularly. This article is only quoting Biblical sources and trying not to interpret the information for the reader, yet allow the reader to make up their own mind on this subject matter.

All Christians are Perfect, right?

Have you ever met a person who claims to be a Christian, thinks they're perfect, and isn't dealing with reality very well? I used to be that person. But after several experiences that taught me things about myself, it was with a great deal of crushed self-pride that I learned the truth.
The end result was that I was able to let go of a ton of junk I was hanging onto. Which in turn let me relax without that weight on my shoulders. I was able to tolerate my kids being noisy, messing up things around the house and basically just being kids. Mistakes that I made at work were no longer the big deal I made them into. I was simply a much happier person and smiled so much more.
I put that at the beginning of this article so you know that I'm not coming from a hypocritical point of view. I'm not judging anyone or think that I know more than they do. I am, however, going to show what Jesus told us about conducting ourselves if we want to make it to heaven, allow people to see that Christian lifestyle that can be very contagious and offer an alternative to a sinful nature.
Today's modern Christian cusses like a Drill Sergeant, Drinks like a sailor and smokes like a chimney. Hates their neighbor and treats their mother-in-law with contempt on a good day. Today's modern Christian treats most people poorly, judges everyone according their own set of rules, while breaking every one of their own rules on a continuous basis. Today's modern Christian believes that since they believe in God Jehovah and Jesus, that excuses any sin they have in their lives. John 3:16 is something they can say, but not quote. The book of Jonah is in their Bible. If they are asked how many disciples Jesus had, you will get every answer but 12. And that's the preacher's I'm talking about! I'm kidding of course. At least I have no knowledge of a minister qualifying like that.
So is there such a thing as perfect Christian? As far as I know, I have never met one. Am I judging anyone for saying that? No, just being honest. But it's not so difficult to be a Christian and fail once in a while. In fact, it's pretty darn easy to fall on your face every day, yet remain a Christian. How? By asking for forgiveness that's how. Ever see the bumper that says "Christian aren't perfect, just forgiven."? It's very true.
Let me back this up with a few scriptures that you can read on your own. I'm not just going to give you my opinion as fact. I want you to make up your own mind and figure it out for yourself. Make your own decision of you will.
1 John1:9 "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive our us sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."
Isaiah 55:7 "Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts; and let him return to the Lord, and He will have compassion on him; and to out God, for He will abundantly pardon."
Just a simple act of asking for forgiveness of your heat, with a sincere heart, will pluck us right out of the pits of hell, and secure our future in heaven. As we all read above, God is willing and ready to forgive us, but we must ask first.
Are Christians perfect? Not on a bet! but Christians do ask forgiveness and confess their sins to God our Heavenly Father on a regular basis. It really is that simple.
If you're not a Christian, or doubt your salvation, just a simple prayer asking forgiveness of your sins is all it takes.
A prayer like this one. "Father I come to you now as a sinner. Please forgive me of all of sins and wrongdoing. Please come into my life and change my ways, so that I can live with you for eternity. Thank you Father. Amen."
If you prayed that prayer, you're now a Christian. and when the devil tells me you're not, pray that prayer again, or something like it. Don't settle for the lies you'll hear from him.

I wish you the best, and love you all.
