Not By Sight

There is a reason to shout. Our Creator God put everything we need on the inside of us. He also brought many of us out of really dark places. He is with us and He is for us. Perhaps you do not know how ~ nor when ~ but you are going to make it if you do not give up. In your wilderness place ~ God is making a way. Sing and dance for joy, be happy, wave, and give thanks. We are endowed by our Creator God ~ with the right to live a blessed life.

The Weapons

In our Creator's Wonderful Book of Teaching on Life and Love in The New Testament Book of 2 Corinthians in Chapter Ten and Verse Four, we find this insight:

We use God’s mighty weapons, not worldly weapons, to knock down the strongholds of human reasoning and to destroy false arguments. *** The greatest weapons have been found to be prayer, humility, and the avoidance of evil.

Walking By Faith

As inquisitive human beings, we like to have proof ~ and see ~ before we believe. Problem with that is ~ in the spiritual realm ~ unless you believe ~ you will not receive.

As shown in 2 Corinthians 5:7, We walk by faith ~ not by sight.

Romans Ten Verse Seventeen reveals that faith comes by hearing ~ and hearing ~ by the Word of God.

Growing Up Spiritually

We have been given an admonition to ~ Rejoice in the Lord.

Never criticize or condemn ~ or it will all come back on you. Go easy on others ~ then they will do the same for you. This is found in the Gospel of Luke ~ Chapter Six ~ The Living Bible.

Regrettably ~ for whatever reason ~ for some individuals ~ all they seem to do is criticize and condemn.

When I think of all this, I fall to my knees and pray to the Father, the Creator of everything in heaven and on earth. I pray that from His glorious, unlimited resources He will empower you with inner strength through His Spirit. Then Christ will make His home in your hearts as you trust in Him. Your roots will grow down into God’s love and keep you strong.

And may you have the power to understand, as all God’s people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep His love is.

May you experience the love of Christ, though it is too great to understand fully. Then you will be made complete with all the fullness of life and power that comes from God.

This particular prayer can be found in Chapter Three of the New Testament Book of Ephesians in Our Creator's Wonderful Book of Teaching on Life and Love.

Thanks ~ Siva ~ for your much appreciated comments.

Yes ~ I too believe that being positive does tend to inspire while constantly being negative, critical, or condemning will likely produce greater discouragement for everyone.

Blessings.

Helen, I enjoyed reading this and like your positive attitude. Never criticize or condemn - isn't that what Jesus was saying in The Sermon on The Mount - 'Judge not and you shall not be judged, condemn not and you shall not be condemn'. My father and I had many discussion around the Bible when I was growing up and to show respect and not judge or condemn was one of the best lessons he taught me - but of course we all fail sometimes. Blessings.

Thanks ~ Kingwell. I appreciate your continued support and encouragement.

Yes ~ that is exactly what Jesus taught. It is quite unfortunate and disturbing to see that many of His followers seem to not realize this.

Of course ~ as you said ~ we all fall short sometimes.

Richest Blessings to you and your loved ones..

As Always - a timely word for us dear Helen .
What a wonderful world it would be if everyone adhered to the message that encourages us not to misjudge or condemn another human being ...Alas , we live in a fallen world ...but, Praise be to God , He helps us in our struggles and gives us wisdom to do what is right when we desire to do so .
God bless you and surround you with love and kindness, today and always my friend .
In Hi always
