What is needed to reach a hope, keeps trying and does not despair; if all these efforts seem always fail, maybe what to do is find a way swivel and enjoy the process.

Meaning of Hope in Science and Theology

Everybody has a hope, and how to reach his hope depend on his motivation to get it. Theory of hope by Victor H. Vroom, in his book “Work and Motivation. Explained simply, expectancy theory states that if someone wants something and hope to get something that is large enough, the question will be very motivated to get things he wanted it. Conversely, if the hope of getting things he wanted was thin, his motivation to try to be low.
Proposition of expectancy theory is actually proving a theological truth that is packaged in expectancy theory because the Bible says faith is the foundation of everything we had hoped for (Hebrews 11.1). Expectation theory is a form of witness to the truth of the Bible that indicates that the Word is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness (2 Timothy 3: 16). Expectation theory is a reflection of Faith as the assurance of things hoped for, the evidence that faith without deeds is useless.
Therefore, if a person has a hope without any effort or attempt to achieve it, he is in the situation of delusion or illusion, figment of your imagination that without definite no results.

Respect the process, not just the results

In Morrow (Big and Small Hope) mentioned people with a high level of expectation usually appreciate the process of achieving goals, as they appreciate the results. This leads to the existence of a positive feedback, not only when goals are achieved, even when they are in the process of achieving the goal. The statement is the science of management as a theological truth.
Look at our experiences. We are often hopeless and assuming that God does not care, why the problem is not endless? Why does this have to happen to us? The process was always considered a bad thing; the thing is tortured and sorrowful. A lot of believers do not appreciate the process whereas theory said the process brings us to learn a positive feedback how to deny themselves and take up the cross. The more we continue to enjoy the processes of God, the more we understand what God wants for our lives. When we enjoy the process, God will bring us rise to the head and not the tail. The God we worship is a living God; He never sleeps and always brings a beautiful design for each of His children.
At the time of the Apostle John wrote: this is the promise that He promised himself to us, which is eternal life (1 John 2:25), for everyone who believes in him (cf. Jon 3:15). Theologically promise of God is a sure hope. And theoretically hope of eternal life is the value (Valence), which is the force to drive someone to achieve it. But if eternal life is only in the form of knowledge in the mind, and has not been translated into actions to achieve it, it is just a wishful thinking even imaginary.
