There is a monumental difference between Conservatism and Liberalism. Do you know what it is? This article explains in simple terms the important separation.

The Root Of Conservatism And Liberalism

Some of the most vociferous die-hards of liberalism are reluctantly admitting that America is in a state of languishing. What they won't agree to is that the driving force in America's weakening is liberalism. No, quite the contrary. Tea Party proponents, conservatives of all stripes and the Religious Right are the culprits in America's ailments according to the liberals.

This would be quite amusing if it were not for the egregious error of their supposition. Liberalism tags conservatism as being restrictive, destructive and prohibitive of human progress and achievement.” What is it that draws such a distinctive philosophical line between liberalism and conservatism? It is our world view in respect to God the Creator.

Keeping this on a simple note, liberalism's basic tenet is freedom – free to be human – free to be one's self without a superior dictator such as God. With that cloak of freedom comes their spurious concept of tolerance which authenticates all kinds of weird beliefs and behavior. Only Christianity is denied their tolerance. Actually, the liberals are frantically trying to muzzle and marginalize Christianity.

Contrastingly, conservatism generally recognizes the God of creation and our responsibility to Him. Conservatism is largely defined and motivated by the principles of God's Word. Truth to conservatives is likely to reflect the God of the Bible while liberals declare truth to reside with the individual. This punctuates the fact that liberalism is humanism

Ironically the most important aspect of the liberal/conservative argument is that of Christianity. Conservatives are far more apt to be Christians than are the liberals to their detriment. In fact, Christians will be – must be – conservative in their ways. I once had this question posed to me, “Can a Christian be a liberal?” Let's reverse that. “Can a true liberal be a Christian?” Think about it!

My final analysis: Pure liberalism denies God. Conservatism on the other hand recognizes God. It was a conservative people that began and built that great nation, America. That great nation is now slipping into ignominy. For what reason? Liberalism! The liberal element is in control and out of control. If conservatism is not once again the ruling mindset of Americans America will soon be history.

Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord...” Psalm 33:12

Liberalism sunds fake to me. More importantly it doesn't work despite tall ideals.

Thanks for your comment, Joyce

I like your characterization of liberalism as "fake." It is much more than fake. It is a world view - a belief system.

You are right in saying liberalism doesn't work. That is because so much of liberal thought and ideas are illogical and/or deceptive.
