Make your hair grow.

To get healthy hair you really have to eat well. If you have beautiful hair, your whole appearance may be different. Poor nutrition can cause hair problems. Poor diet leads your hair to common hair problems. If you have fine hair, look for the shampoo, which contains wheat proteins and polymers. This kind of shampoo will make your hair thicker. If you have normal hair, a shampoo contains silk amino acids will go with you.

Use the following diet to get strong hair :

  • Water: near 1/4 weight of the hair is the water. Drink enough water for smooth and flexible hair.

  • Protein : protein in one of the most important factor in an increase in the hair. Protein is required to ahealthy and strong hair. Hair is made up of keratin protein. Add the meat, eggs, fish, cheese, pulses, beans, nuts and delicious beans to your diet.

  • Vitamin B complex: is another important vitamin for strong hair. This will prevent the hair loss, also helps to maintain the shine of the hair.

  • The fruits and vegetables, vitamins and minerals that include iron, magnesium, zinc, potassium, iodine, sulfur and phosphorus are necessary for a healthy and rich strong hair . Iron shortage seriously make hair dull and weak, thus causing hair loss. Iodine, sulfur protects the hair fom breaking.

  • Drink plenty of water. This hydrates the body and keep hair healthy, shiny and silky.

Things to avoid avoid :

Coloring, Compressed air dryer, curling irons, flat irons can result in damage to the hair. As far as possible, let the air dry your hair. Avoid the hair brush until your hair is dry, damp hair may easily damaged.
