Jesus is coming back soon! How many times have you heard that lately? Be encouraged, because Jesus is coming back really soon. It's exciting to watch even.

Jesus is Coming Back Really Soon

How many times in recent weeks have you heard, or said: “Jesus is coming really soon?” Anyone who pays attention to world events can see that Jesus is gassing up the station wagon. But it's scary and some are losing their Spiritual energy because of it. Thus this little word of encouragement. Now is the time to watch world events with great anticipation, not fear.
Luke 21:34-36 tells us: “But watch yourselves lest your hearts be weighed down with dissipation and drunkenness and cares of this life, and that day come upon you suddenly like a trap. For it will come upon all who dwell on the face of the whole earth. But stay awake at all times, praying that you may have strength to escape all these things that are going to take place, and to stand before the Son of Man.”
I grew up in a generation that respected everything and everyone. Especially respecting the Word of God. Jesus sacrifice on the cross was something we all knew about, and those things really meant something. Now Jesus and God are despised throughout the world. We're now judged as lower class citizens and stupid. Okay, big fat deal. The rules haven't changed just because the world has gone to the dogs. In fact, we are to take heart during these times. Luke 21:28: “But when these things begin to take place, strengthen up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near.”
This is where we can draw our strength and our encouragement. It appears that Jesus is going to come back in our lifetime! And we get to watch it happen! Now that's exciting! People for 2,000 years have been waiting on it and we get to see it happen before our very eyes. So don't lose heart my friends, this is it. It's what has been foretold by Profits since Old Testament days. They told us what was going to happen, just not exactly when.
Mark 13:32-37 “But concerning that day or that hour, no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. Be on guard, keep awake. For you do not know when the time will come. It is like a man going on a journey, when he leaves home and puts his servants in charge, each with his work, and commands the doorkeeper to stay awake. Therefore stay awake—for you do not know when the master of the house will come, in the evening, or at midnight, or when the rooster crows, or in the morning— lest he come suddenly and find you asleep.”
So don't let down your guard anymore. This is the time to get your suit dry cleaned and your dress ready for the ball. I have no idea when it's going to happen, but it isn't going to be very long. Just hang in there and stand tall.
Keep diligent in your Bible reading and prayer time. If you're not doing both of those on a daily basis, I encourage you to start. Spending time with God is always a good thing. That time with God will draw you closer to Him, as well as encourage you since you are one of the remnant, the chosen few, the called. That's you sir, that's you madam. Take heart and be encouraged! Jesus is coming back for you personally. Read that Bible! Say those prayers! Keep yourself upright and happy. Even when you see the news and what's going on in the world. Especially when you watch the news and what's going on in the world, read and pray.
Things are happening so fast right now it's hard to keep up with it all. But Jesus told us that would happen too.
If you're not a Christian and this subject gives you pause, accept Christ as your Savior. It's really simple. Pray these words: Jesus forgive me of my sins. Cleanse my heart from all unrighteousness. Show me how to live according to your ways, not mine. Change my heart and my desires to be like yours. Thank you for dying on that cross for me. Thank you Jesus. Amen.
If you made that a prayer, you're now a Christian! Welcome to the family of God. Read your Bible and pray every day. It's how we get closer to God and live a fulfilled life.
So come on Christians, be encouraged and invigorated. Jesus is going to take us out of here pretty soon.
See ya there!

Some people use the Rapture as an excuse for wasteful lives, they mess up the world and expect Jesus to rescue them from the mess they made. This is wrong.

I don't understand your point. Can you elaborate a little. I've got a feeling that we agree, but I'm not sure.
