Enjoy Your Food Without Falling In Love With It. Tell those comfort foods ~ SHUT UP & Leave Me Alone.

You're Not Alone In This

Overeating is not exclusive to any gender, age group, ethnicity, or social class.

Your change begins when you make a decision to do things in a different manner.

You may have become quite frustrated by your lack of will power and feel like you are slowly losing your self-esteem.

People you love dearly will sometimes say to you just stop eating so much. That may be a great short answer. Obviously ~ that is easier said than done.

There is definitely hope. Be willing to get the support you need.

Letting Go Of Comfort Foods Can Be Difficult

Why do foods that are worst for your health seem to have the best taste?

That's a good question but more importantly ~ Are we willing to stop allowing our taste buds to control us?

It is said that it takes about three weeks to form a new habit ~ or to break an old habit. So ~ let's give ourselves twenty one days to re-train our taste buds.

Even if you have to start over several times ~ it's okay. After all, you're fighting for your health.

Begin to add more fresh fruits and vegetables to your selections when you shop for grocery items.

Start Today Drinking More Water

It is amazing how much less food we eat when we consume sufficient amounts of good drinking water throughout the day.

Tell those dough nuts, those brownies, and that cheese cake to shut up ~ I'll not have you!

This may seem entirely too extreme ~ but ~ consider completely eliminating alcoholic beverages and colas from your intake.
