Good 'evening snack' for kids to have during first rains in end of summer.

sago grains vada

(will serve four)
Rice flour:1/2 cup
Sour curds: 1 cup
Green chillies: 4-5 in no.
coriander leaves
salt to taste

Method of preparation:
Mix sago,rice flour, sour curds and leave it for two hours. Add finely chopped green chillies, coriander leaves. add salt to taste. vada s can be prepared either on the tava ( which will require little oil- which is prefer) or it can be deep fried.

Serve with tomato ketchup or sauce.

Health benefits of sago:
Sago is rich in carbohydrates and low in fat and protein.
