Divorce; Don't Get Mad; Get Everything

Before you decide to divorce your spouse make sure you come out in a better position than you went in.

Get Everything

Ivanna Trump was divorced by her husband who wanted to marry a younger woman. Ivanna did very well after the divorce. The quote in the title is her's; "Don't get Mad, get Everything."

Most women don't take that advice. Most women, enraged, devastated by Adultery or his continual bashing or brutality, don't think. They go on their outrage and very often a false sense of pride, walking out with nothing.

Divorce, like revenge, is a 'dish' best eaten cold.

The Best Legal Advice

A wife came into a lawyer's chamber. She was married to a man who was just becoming a famous entertainer. All the lean years she'd stuck with him. She'd put up with a lot, and now, now that money was coming in, now that he was getting the spotlight, he couldn't keep his pants on.

He started an affair, virtually in her face, and was pretending he wasn't 'really' married to her. She had born him children, she used his last name, and now....

The lawyer, quite calmly made this statement;

"He made Five Million Dollars this year, he will make Ten Million Dollars next year, you can divorce him Next Year."

The wife, hearing this did not divorce him.
In fact, he died about five years later without a Will.

As his wife she automatically got 50% of his entire estate. Her children had to share one quarter with all the other children he had fathered, (twenty three of them).

All those women who had sex with him got NOTHING.

She can talk about her 'husband', and wax lyrical and dreamy. All those women he had sex with are only women he had sex with.

By NOT Divorcing him she 'Got Everything.'

Taking Stock

One of the hardest things to do is to see and blind, hear and deaf, UNTIL one is ready for Divorce.

'Catching' him on your terms is far wiser than letting your curiosity, suspicion, and pain rule you.

Make sure there are no 'joint accounts'. If there are, clean them out. Make sure you have money in your name alone. Make sure everything you own, YOU own.
Everything in both your names; get control of.

Many times the house is in both your names and you'll go after it...or, you might just cease to make mortgage payments, take that money for your own and let the bank foreclose.

You have to get the best legal advice you can. The very best. And get it before you even alert your spouse what you intend to do.

For example, if you've paid for the tiling of the kitchen, put a caveat on the Title so that it can't be sold until you're paid.

If there are kids, if you can send them away BEFORE your spouse is even aware that you know what is happening, do it. Children don't need to be in the middle of a divorce. They can be at Grandma's.

What do You Do...?

Whatever personal trauma you suffer; keep it from your spouse. Get a lawyer, get organised, and everything you do, do it quietly and in preparation.

Property should be organised before the other even realises that you know he isn't 'Working Late.' Your job must move from a jobette to a career.

When you have kids create a lot of Mommy Only adventures. Don't sit home alone with the kids, take them out. Have special Park Days or Pizza Nights or Beach Days...whatever. It doesn't have to cost money, it has to be a bonding time in which you focus more on your kids than on the Cheating Husband.

There's no sense in trying to 'fix' a marriage or bring the kids into the situation.

Begin to create a life without him before you've even served the Petition.

Making a new life before you leave the old one is a far smoother transition.

Woow!~~~ These articles of yours are so scary, but the good side of it is, they all stimulate me to be a better Man, better Future Husband and better future Father. My parents are my role models, Married for 30 years and still running and I hope to enjoy one which is better than theirs, without the need for lawyers, divorce and "single parent-children" activities...
Thanks for the share///

Julio and Enrique father and son entertainers have the record for kids. The Former had about 87 kids (I think),
None the less, I am an entertainer, in writing, music amongst other things (for real, not an act) and I resent that as I am separated with an impending divorce and not because I cheated but because he did with a common homewrecker who wrecked another friends marriage.
With regard to the article it is judgmental not all women are grifters although women do stay on in a marriage more out of love for the person rather than anything else although there is period where they are totally blind and scared of the unknown. It takes a woman a minimum of 7 tries before they finally take the decision to walk out of a relationship and when they do, they don't turn back especially when they love the person a lot.
If the person stayed with a cheat with 23 kids, its her choice and I would say she is stupid only for the fact that she has given herself the footlickers job of staying with such a man and above all women can live without men and sex is not the only reason a marriage takes place.
In some marriages sex is great but the element of love and respect for life and children are missing and that is when you pull out of the marriage just to make sure that the other person is safe. In my case it was my child.
Men stray and so do women but the women are the ones who have to say no to get the values in place as they are the value holders. So if the man fathered 23 kids, it does mean that the women who slept with him knew he was a married man (tabloids and news) and did it just as well. It showed they were looking to wreck the home to service his immoral activities.
The wife was lucky she didnot get AIDS or STD and think the death did her good as she became the Black Widow with all the wealth and used it to entice more men to create webs of sin all around them.
If she were to marry she would amass the wealth of the rich husbands when they die and even poison their men with various elements like Arsenic (slow poisoning), drug, drink etc.
Guess what I am separated, an entertainer in reality apart from working two jobs (not in a restaurant or brothel) apart from writing and recording in a studio for my upcoming album. I also have one child and am celibate too ever since my husband and myself went separate ways in October 2010.

The entertainer I mentioned (internationally famous) had most of his 23 kids with easy women from other countries...it was only one gal whom he had here besides his wife.

She did not divorce him and did wind up with quite a fortune.

The point is...how weak are you?

As an entertainer you know about groupies, you know people will go after a famous person if he has two heads... so you'd be on your guard not to think they liked you for you.

Please do not paint all men with the same brush, sometimes it is the wife who cheats. Greed is a terrible thing.

Thank you Mark Gordon Brown, besides, if all Women should have it in mind never to trust their spouses, then all Men should do the same, imagine how marriages would look like...

The reason many marriages fail is that one invests the other person with absolute control over their emotions.
