The Creationism is a religious belief and the term is commonly used to refer the religious motivated rejection of certain biological processes particularly in connection with evolution. The Creationism in America contested scientific theories like evolution that was associated with natural observations of the universe and life. Contradictory conclusions received from mainstream scientific researchers and strict creationists, whereas strict creationists of the Christian faith base on literal reading of Genesis creation narrative. And the other religions faiths on myths and scientific findings.
The theoretical conclusions contradictory and the strict creationists often reject the conclusions of the mainstream research. Even such rejection extended to geological history of the earth, formation of solar system, origin of the universe etc. Ultimately, the Creationism termed as various interpretations of the Bible and different religious beliefs. Therefore, any attempt of such evolutions in teach would cause to promote the ideas of religious views.
In order to protect the fundamental right which was granted through First Amendment, the rights of the student cannot be violated means of giving such education in public schools which may advance the religious views. The Creationism is not a science, but creationists trying theistic curriculum into the public school biology classes in place of evolution. On other hand, the Evolution is proven theory for the existence of man. In other words, such trial becomes fight of religion versus science.
Creationism is not proven but evolution is proven according to scientific standards. The concept of Creationism breaks the law and creates constitutional amendment which separates Church and State. But the main idea is Creationism is not untrue, however that will not be decent curriculum for America’s public school students. The unnecessary controversial over evaluation may influence on the interest of the students.

The creationist practices to teach invalid facts in schools cause to generate the problems. As Creationism creates the irrational curriculum for the United States and implementing such curriculum in the Public Schools would be wrong decision. Hence Creationism should not be taught in public schools.

some grammer errors, but very good points. Creationism does not belong in schools, unless one is studying religion theory.

I agree that 'creationism' is not a scientifically proven explanation about the existence of man. However, it's easy to forget that science has not proven the existence of anything - let alone man! At CERN, they are still failing to discover the 'fundamental particle of matter' who's hypothetical existence is based on beliefs and faith - just as lacking in evidence as religious faith. Rather than polarise people, Genesis can be looked at as parable of creation and within its amazing symbology, it tells us of discoveries that science has only recently made (eg evolution is strongly alluded to in Genesis 2, and so are the four forces of nature, big bang - it's all there disguised). We can use science together with scripture (not so sure about religion per se) to advance mankind and stop wasting lives and resources fighting over old resentments. Penetrating this symbology does prove one thing, however, there is an awesome intelligence behind the shadows of the Bible.
