Aging process is both mental and physical, Our mental attitude determines how you view your process.

Aging Gracefully

One way to age gracefully is to have the right mental attitude about the aging process and to take care of self, Here are a few tips on how to take care of self as you age.

1, Eat well balanced diet three times a day
2. Exercise! Exercise! It doesn't have to cost you a fortune, Do you have a dog? Have fun running around with it, it will keep you on your toes. The dog wil be having fun and helping you at the same time to keep fit. Do you have a skipping rope get to work with it. have fun
3. Kept mentally alert. Keep reading. The known secret " Use you brain or loose it "
4. Laugh, Laughter is the music of the soul. Look for something, anything that will make you laugh
5. Maintain a positive mental attitude. Remember someone said " Today is the tomorrow you worried about yesterday"
6. Love people and enjoy company.
