Thinking continuously on present financial crisis won't help improve or maintain your health both physical and mental . Try doing something which i do when fell in some sort of tension , particularly with money crisis.

Laugh and Cry to remain Mentally Fit

I am in a state of crisis due to some sever money problems, since i had no job in hand. I wanted to start my own business and resigned from the job last year in 2012. I did so to raise my family standard of living and give them healthy lifestyle. But things did not worked for me as planned and as a result i felt the health problems popping up as days passed by. I realised something is wrong and immediate action was the need of the hour.
I went to my family doctor and told everything what was going to my mind. Obviously i had some urgent test and all were fine.

My doctor told me i am mentally ill due to too much thinking. I was about to start a blood pressure problem. I then decided to keep these problem aside and started a Healthy Lifestyle which i am going to tell now.
I started to wake up early before sunrise and take a brisk walk at least minimum 35 minutes. Jogging won't help your body when we grow up above 40 so brisk walk is the best of all. After walking i had some warm up exercise like stretching for 15 minutes. After that a minimum 20 minutes of yoga and meditation.

I stopped consuming alcohol and gave up smoking. It was very hard but did for my family and myself. Turned completely from Non-Veg to Vegetarian food. Stopped myself from eating fried items and gave emphasis on fruits and salads. This i am now doing 5 days in a week which is sufficient for keeping me fit and relaxed.

Also it is easy to say don't take tension, but this will not happen, so tried to watch comedy and cartoon shows which kept my mind busy and helped me laugh. Laughing is best medicine on healing our mind from stress.

One thing i came to know , things keep on going and if i try to do my job with full dedication i will come out of the worst situation. You have to talk to your near ones about what is going in your mind; this helps a lot, and at times cry and clear all the sorrow by way of water from your mind as this makes you feel relax. Well this is my experience and this is what i do to keep myself relaxed and this is working for me.
