Things To Do When You're Bored

This page provides a list of semi- productive ideas that one can do if they are bored.
1) Create
Use your free time to do something creative:
- draw a picture
- write a story
- write an article
- compose music
- make a sculpture
- take photos of something and/or make a collage, or scrapbook
- discover new talents, or maintain old ones
2) Make lists
Yes, it's time for you to get organized! Here are some ideas of lists you can make:
- to-do list
- grocery shopping list
- ideas for gifts to give to people
- things you want to buy clothes-wise
- places that you want to visit
- friends that you haven't contacted in a while. Go on, contact them.
- pro/con lists to help you decide things you can't decide
- ideas for a story/ article
- ideas of what to cook for dinner
- goals
3) Exercise
Exercise is good for you both physically and mentally.
- go for a walk or a run
- go to the gym
- take a dance class, yoga class, pilates class etc.
- do situps, crunches, push ups, jumping jacks etc.
4) Improve your social life
Some people have an extremely active social life, while some have a virtually nonexistent one. Most people are somewhere in the middle of those two extremes. But everyone could improve their social life a bit, that is, unless their social life is too busy, and hinders them from doing what they need to do. So, how can you improve your social life? Well by reading this article.
Be Healthy
- analyze your nutritional habits, and see what you can easily alter in order to have a healthier diet
- take care of your body
- meditation, massage, and relaxation
- clean up clutter and organize
Get educated
- read the newspaper
- research things that you are confused about or want to learn more about such as a politician's policies, compliments in another language, how to make a homemade diaper etc.
- find websites advocating for causes that are important to you

I wouldn't know how to be bored. As long as there's a book handy, I'm wholly entertained.

I have to go along with Jerry, James and Carol. I have no time to be bored.
I am a big time list person also. Hey, some one has to keep me organized.LOL
