Satan; Waiting at the Door Pt. 1
I've heard so many Biblical teaches say ... Satan cannot come into your life unless he has a door. They warn to stay in God's word and make sure not to give the Devil a door to enter your life. Well in my opinion that is true. Satan cannot come into Holy territory. He must be invited; you must open a door for him to enter into your life.
Now if we believe that how come I've heard no preacher or teacher of any kind apply it to Adam and Eve's life? Well I have. Look at what God says to Cain. Keep in mind this very verse and scripture also applies to Adam and Eve ... Gen 4:7 If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? and if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door. And unto thee his desire, and thou shalt rule over him.
Very profitable this verse is for understanding the beginning of scripture and extremely important in the Adam and Eve saga. If Adam and Eve do well, shall they not continue to be accepted? If Adam and Eve doest not well ... {SIN lieth at the door} SEE ... the door of the Garden Of Eden. Satan was waiting at the DOOR. For it to be opened. Then what else does the verse say ... And unto thee his desire, and thou shalt rule over him. It says, Adam and Eve will have their desires and they shall rule over them ... and so you see this is exactly how it played out in the garden,
and since God never changes, if it applied to Cain in his day surely His Word
applied previously in the Garden Of Eden, if in fact ... God never changes.
And He doesn't.
So how does Satan gain ACCESS to the garden of Eden?
