Car Rides, Crying Still
Feeding Time, walk some more
Pace and Pace, wear out the floor
One evening working in the yard
Crying Crying Long and Loud
Walking, Pacing, Fretting Still
Wondering what to do
The breeze blows gently
The hammock in the yard
A thought crosses a tired mind
A simple idea no one has tried
We lie the crying babe inside
A swing of rope holding tight
Back and Forth and Forth and Back
Good Night Sweet Girl Good Night
