Know The Value Of Time:
Time is a universal wealth. It is distributed equally by the creator Almighty to all mankind...we all have to recognize the value of time. Time is more precious than money; it is the most valuable thing which man got free.
Use your time wisely take care of your every single minute and remember: the time which is wasted once, that is wasted forever…
Time management:
Time management:
Time management has a great value in our lifestyle, it makes our lives easy, manageable, smooth and worthy. Time management plays a vital role in everyone’s life either they’re students or teachers, office workers or businessmen, working ladies or housewives, all needs to manage their time wisely to avoid mess and confusion.
Tasks and assignments:
Tasks and assignments:
The people from different walks of life has different types of liabilities and they all have to complete their specific tasks and assignments within the given time frame with all its quality and proper finishing.
Keep your tasks goal oriented. Setting goals make you determinant for the completion.
Keep yourself active, a lazy body can result in a lazy brain and lazy brains are not able to perform according to the situation.
How to Manage your time:
How to Manage your time:
Maintain a ‘to do list’: keep it handy and available as wise says; out of sight out of mind. Make sure a frequent revision of your to do list and mark a tick at your ‘dones’. revise your list time and again according to priorities as work in steps teaches yourself the current importance of actions.
Planning: planning is the key of all successful results, take your sufficient time for complete planning, don’t leave doubts and concentrate on all difficulties and all possibilities during your planning.
Once you plan the whole task systematically with all its major and minor details,
then stick to your plans.
Goal setting: I would repeat it again, keep your tasks goal oriented. Setting goals make you determinant for the completion. Take challenges, but be realistic to set a goal within your capacity.
Set priorities: When you are about to get into some tasks, adopt a step by step procedure. All work in ‘one go’ does not produce required results.
Time allotment: During planning, you would've come across an estimated time for the specific tasks, now distribute your time wisely for the each step.
Review: Just after finishing a step, review your amount of work done, check its quality and its time duration.
Rearrange: You may rearrange your attempts to move forward by the previous experience of work done.
Interruptions:
Interruptions:
There are so many disturbance may accrue, as you are not alone in your surrounding and your task is not the only one to conclude. All your surrounding is progressing with you, so always expect unexpected too…life is not like a set machine rotation. You have to keep in mind those unexpected things. These are in fact the charm of life, but you have to manage these interruptions wisely to enjoy your charming life at its best.

What an imaginative piece Ghazala.
Time is, in my mind, the one thing we don't have enough of.
Benjamin Franklin once said
"Lost time is never found again." so I say make the most of what little time you have.

Great Article. One thing I have to do with my "to do" lists is to have a few that I prioritize. By separating the tasks into 3 lists I "accomplish" much more because I complete my lists.
