My warrior of the mighty wind and the thunder of heaven,
My son, Kahakui we call him for short.
To you my son
The feeling to see how you have grown
You have conquered the demons that caged you
Swept the fears aside that mangled your mind
Cut the ropes and ties that bound you
And set you free to change space and time.
A gentile soul and a rebel soljah
nothing in the world will ever hold ya
From the journey that lies ahead
Take all what your papa said
Learn the ways of your Kupuna
the land.

Gentleness and courage

Grab hold of life son
Take the stars from the sky
Hold your honor as you head
hold it son hold it high.
Go time is not an enemy
but a friend to see you through
There is nothing under the sun my son
That you can not do
nothing can hold you

not even to hold you down
For you are but a warrior
You stand and protect your ground..
To learn from those before your time
and to teach those and not left behind.
As you navigated across the sea to Tahiti.....
you were born for mend and weave
and to lead like no other can.
