This is my story about what happened when I left my first husband.
I was married.
When I was 18, I married a 21 year old man who I hardly knew. My husband was a Vietnam Veteran, and I soon learned that he was also a heroin addict. He hardly worked, and was mentally and physically abusive to me. My husband and I were married 5 years when we had our son. When I worked he took care of our son. At that point I was so used to taking care of my husband financially, I almost felt like he was my child. I thought," How can I leave him?", "He doesn't even have a job." "How can he support himself?" Then my step father got my husband a job at the steel mills where he worked. I thought to myself," Now he has a job, and he can take care of himself." "Now I can leave, and divorce him." My son and I moved in with a neighbor, and I filed for divorce.
I left my husband and filed for divorce.
My husband called me and said he was going to kill himself if I didn't go back with him. When I refused, he came to the house and went on his hands and knees begging me to go back with him. It was really hard because I felt so guilty about not going back with him.
When I was leaving work one day, my husband was outside on his motorcycle. He said he came to give me a ride home. I thought he was just being nice, and I agreed. I hopped on his motorcycle and when we were riding he told me that at first he was going to kill himself, but now he decided to kill me instead. I told him that I loved him because I was scared, but he didn't believe me. Then I pretended like I had to go to the bathroom, so my husband stopped at a restaurant. We sat down, and he ordered us two cokes. My husband kept reaching in his pocket, and I was afraid that he may have a weapon. I tried to think of a way to let the cashier know that I was in danger without my husband being aware of it. I decided to go in the bathroom, and lock myself in, but there was no way to lock the outside door. When I left the bathroom, I noticed there was a pay phone right in front of me. Because the restaurant was mostly windows, I was able to see my husband outside looking for me.
My husband threatened to kill me.
I started to make a phone call, but my husband rushed in after me, and made me hang up the phone. He said," If you don't come with me, I will put you in the hospital." I thought that I would rather be in the hospital, than go with him and be dead. I made my body limp, but it didn't do any good because he still dragged me out of the restaurant. I yelled for someone to help me, but no-one did. Finally the police came, and my husband took off. Shortly after I went home, someone knocked on my door. It was my husband. I thought he was going to kill me, so I called the police. They picked him up, and had me sign some papers against him while he was watching me from the police car. I no more than signed them, and he took off on foot in hand-cuffs from the back seat of the police car! Finally, after being at large for several hours they caught him again and he went to jail.
I have been divorced for many years now from my first husband. It was hard bringing up my child by myself. But being divorced from him was a lot easier than being married to him.

I will love to share my testimony with all people because i never thought i would have another chance with my boyfriend, the man i want to marry left me for another woman, and when i called him, he never picked my calls,he blocked me from his facebook account. My boyfriend and I were happy as far as I could tell and I never thought that we would break up. I will love to share my testimony with all people because i never thought i would have another chance with my boyfriend, the man i want to marry left me for another woman, and when i called him, he never picked my calls,he blocked me from his facebook account. Three weeks ago my boyfriend broke up with me. it all started when I Travel

My ex and I broke up two months ago. I regretted breaking up with him and apologized a few days after the breakup but he wouldn't take me back. The last thing we messaged was me asking how his work was and he hasn't replied after I messaged him asking him out for a movie and he said he was busy that night. So I messaged "i just wanted to see that movie and wanted to ask you if you wanted to come along.
